Regulations & Guidance

The White Paper, Partnership for Care and Delivering for Health, set out the context for partnership working in Scotland and for the Development of Community Health Partnerships (CHPs). Building better health and social care services around the strengths and needs of Scottish communities underpins recent reforms included in the NHS Reform (Scotland) Act 2004 and provides the impetus for the development of CHPs.
