2007 No 193 - NHS (General Ophthalmic Services) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2007
Amends and clarifies various paragraphs from 2006 No 135, in particular, this SSI lets Optometrists employ OMPs and vice versa and also permits Optometrists claim a supplementary examination fee for dilating a diabetic patient under 60, and deals with practice premises.
