Last year we committed to an annual membership survey to ensure your views are used to help focus future direction and activity of OS.    It’s that time of year again for us to ask for a short amount of your time to complete our survey.

You may find that some questions are similar to last year’s survey, this is to help benchmark our progress year on year.   You will also find some new questions that reflect some of the work we’ve implemented since the last time.

The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete, and the closing date is Friday 10th November.
