Amending the Road Traffic Act 1988 to allow registered healthcare professionals to complete DVLA medical questionnaires

Following a public consultation the UK Government has announced that it intends to change the law (date yet to be announced) which will allow, amongst others, optometrists and dispensing opticians registered with the GOC to complete DVLA medical questionnaires.
