Additional details on Remote Access VPN Tokens and e-schedules

INFORMATION ON VPN TOKEN REPLACEMENT PROJECT

Those practices who access eServices (ePayments, eReferrals, eSchedules) via a VPN token may be aware that these tokens have expiry dates and so National Services Scotland is replacing them as those dates approach. If you have not used your VPN token/tokens for more than 6 months they will not be replaced, and you will need to contact PSD for them to supply you with a new one. Some soft tokens will expire at the end of June/July and will be replaced with hard tokens. Without a token you will no longer be able to access eServices.  In the longer term all tokens will ultimately be replaced by a new SWAN (Scottish Wide Area Network) connection. We will inform you about this nearer the time.

INFORMATION ON E-SCHEDULES

To access e-schedules go to the PSD website and access online reports, where you can sign up for the service.
